Job Summary

Responsible for scheduling and completing training, planning headcount, work schedules and overtime and delivering planned product output of single or multiple manufacturing areas/product lines.

Works as a team member to coordinate employee output in order to meet production plan and quality goals and standards.

Applies principles of lean manufacturing to decrease cycles time and improve productivity.

Hosts daily GEMBA meetings with management to provide detailed status to production plan and assures associated action plans are completed.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assigns and directs the work of employees to meet company/manufacturing deadlines and goals, either directly, or through subordinates.
  • Ensures that manufacturing and quality standards are understood and maintained by all subordinates.
  • Keeps management informed of manufacturing progress and real/potential
  • Keeps subordinates informed of changes in company/manufacturing procedures and ensures compliance to such. Makes sure employees are trained if
  • Works with other departments in order to maintain high efficiency and output and reduce potential
  • Administers company rules and regulations for attendance, personal conduct, safety, housekeeping,
  • Ensures that all required reports are accurate and completed on
  • Actively participates in Quality Improvement, drives GEMBA process and applies lean manufacturing principles.
  • Performs other duties as


Basic Qualifications

  • S. degree in Electronics, Business or equivalent production experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in production
  • Knowledge of electronic components and assembly/testing.
  • Able to read blueprints, schematics, manufacturing prints, and other production related
  • Intermediate MS Office skills in Word, Excel and
  • Should be able to travel domestically and internationally with short notice on occasions up to 10% of the time.
