Designed for high reliability in military and commercial aerospace contactor and switchgear applications, ourhigh-power contactor, available in both 400 and 500 Amps, features advanced semiconductor technology for switching capabilities of 50,000 cycles.
This proprietary technology allows hot switching at rated currents with no risk of degradation of the contacts over the life cycle. The combination of an electromechanical contactor and a solid state switch, ideal for primary power switching, greatly reduces stress and damage caused by the arcing during switching. The result is prolonged life of the contactor, and reduced life-cycle cost.
